Deposits and cancellation policy
- Credit or debit card details will be taken at the time of booking. Your card will not be charged unless you cancel. Full or partial payment (loss of deposit) will be charged to your card in the event of cancellation at the rates and times shown below.
- Cancellation must be confirmed by letter or by email from the same email address that was used when booking.
- Cancellations received more than 7 days before the first night: we will not charge your card.
- Cancellations received less than 7 days before the first night: we will charge your card for the whole booking (unless we can re-let the room in which case a full refund will be made).
- We will always do our best to re-let the room in the event of a cancellation. You may wish to consider taking out a holiday cancellation insurance.

- If you take advantage of one of our special offers we take full payment in advance. All special offers are non refundable.
If you are unable to supply us with credit or debit card details we will accept a cheque (GBP) for the full amount prior to the begining of your stay. If you cancel, the above terms will apply, and a full or partial refund will be issued by cheque as appropriate.
